What sizes do you offer for grip socks?

Our “Junior Edition” grip socks are available in sizes 31-36. All other socks are available in one size suitable for adults.

How can I return a product?

If you would like to return a product, please contact our support using the contact form on our website. We will email you a return label. There are no costs for you.

Do you offer sponsorship?

We only offer sponsorship to athletes we have selected. We appreciate your interest in a partnership, but cannot respond positively to all inquiries.

What are the shipping costs?

Standard shipping is free within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Express shipping costs 2 CHF. For shipments within Europe the shipping costs are 13 CHF, and to Germany and Austria 9.5 CHF.

Are customs duties charged?

For deliveries outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, customs fees may apply, which must be borne by the customer.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal, including the ability to pay by credit card as a guest. A PayPal account is not necessary for this. Alternatively, we also offer payment in advance.
